Starbucks® Sundried Ethiopia Sidama
In Ethiopia coffee is intricately woven into daily life. This is especially true in the highlands of Sidama. This coffee was grown by smallholder farmers who dry ripe coffee cherries on raised beds, carefully rotating and circulating the fruit to ensure it dries evenly. This traditional technique creates a deeply flavored, sweet and full-bodied cup with floral aromas followed by decadent notes of juicy berry and milk chocolate.
